Passover desserts – time to start baking

It is no big surprise that everyone loves desserts. At the end of a delicious meal, especially one as important as the seder meal, you want to wow and impress your family and guests, and leave them with a sweet, lasting impression. 

I start early with the Passover baking, in a carefully prepared area in the kitchen. With all the daily reminders to keep a healthier diet, I try to look for recipes with minimal amounts of matzah meal as a lot of it tends to make the dessert heavy.

By freezing some of these desserts beforehand, you will be able to free up some much needed time for cooking and the preparation that has to be done the day of the seder.
